SEASON 5 SERMONS

I'm In

It’s not enough to just show up at church. Our hearts long for more than that. We want to be needed. We want to be known. We want to have purpose and know that we make a difference. This series is an invitation for people to drive deep roots into our church, show them the difference they can make, and help them see the power they have inside them.

This series focuses on involving attenders in Parties, inviting people to church, serving, missions, etc. so they can grow closer to God and each other.

WEEK 4

STAND

When we’re pushed to our limit, we have a choice to make. Will we choose the path of least resistance or will we have the courage to take a Stand?

In this five-week series, learn about Daniel and five important points in his life when he stood for God. Covering everything from him being first captured as a boy to the lion's den to the fiery furnace, we'll see Daniel and his friends Stand Up, Stand Strong, Stand In, and Stand Firm for God.

Bad Advice

“How did I end up here?” Behind every mess of harmful habits and rough relationships, we can look back and see where we got on the wrong track. Help your attenders untangle their lives by learning how to avoid Bad Advice. Topics covered include drifting from God, addiction, adultery, and dissatisfaction.

The Gift

During the December series The Gift, our attention will be drawn back to the true meaning of the holiday season. By highlighting the significance of the gifts the wise men brought to Jesus (gold, frankincense, and myrrh), attenders will be able to connect the symbolism within the story of Christ’s birth to their relationship with Jesus. This series will provide attenders with new insight on the birth of Jesus to gain a deeper understanding of who He is.

Make Up Your Mind

Every day, we make 30,000 choices, shaping our lives decision by decision. In this four-part series, we're exploring the pivotal choices that shape our spiritual lives: walking in the Spirit over the flesh, embracing obedience in uncertainty, seeking God's presence over worldly pressures, and choosing victory over victimhood. We are learning that the thoughts we think and the decisions we make, make up the people we become.

Almost True

Everywhere you turn, someone’s telling you how to live. A lot of times it's well-intentioned and Almost True, but misses the mark in ways that can hurt us. How do we know which truths will actually lead to a meaningful life?
